Black Friday Terms & Conditions 2024

The Bargains Black Friday Sale (“the sale”) will take place on the 29th of November 2024, by Alufusion Pty Ltd trading as Bargains (“Bargains”).

The sale will take place online at www.bargainsonline.co.za and in store at Bargains, Shop 1, The Hub, Beacon Bay, 5241.
The sale will commence online at 00h00 and in-store at 06h00, 29 Nov 2024.
The sale will close online at 23h59 and in-store at 18h00, 29 Nov 2024.

The sale will be subject to limited stock and Bargains reserves the right to limit quantities on products on offer during the sale.
Certain items on sale will be limited to one unit per customer. Bargains reserves the right to deny a customer the right to purchase more than one unit of any given item on sale.
Separate stock allocations will be made for online sales and in-store sales. Bargains reserves the right to amend and change these stock allocations at any time during the sale.
First come-first served policy applies to Black Friday sale items. Back orders on sold out sale items are not available.
Should an order be made for an item that has been sold out, Bargains will refund the total amount paid for the order in question. Bargains accepts no responsibility or liability, whether direct or indirect, for damage or loss that may result from orders placed where stock has been sold out. Bargains will only be liable for any amount paid directly to Bargains.

All items sold at the promotional price will strictly be full payments only and no laybyes/deposits will be allowed for items on the sale.
Customers who wish to cancel (a) laybye(s)/deposit(s) to purchase (an) item(s) on Black Friday will forfeit a R150 admin fee.

We will do our best to have all orders delivered ASAP. Due to high order volumes from Black Friday, please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to be completed.

Right of admission is reserved. Bargains reserves the right to exercise entry control in the interest of safety and security.

Yes! We allocate stock for in-store and online sale. Please note, not all items are available online.

No. Our Black Friday sale is a Limited Stock sale. First Come-First Served applies.

Yes you can! Please confirm with your sales assistant or our friendly customer service team regarding where you can collect your order, as not all our stock is kept at the Beacon Bay store.
